Storm Anesthesia in North Carolina

Dr. Storm, CRNA

This past week Storm Anesthesia made the annual trek to give our 2-day nurse anesthesia review course to the University of Greensboro Nurse Anesthesia Doctoral students. A class of 26 excited anesthesia students filled the class, and it was awesome.
We have been going to the Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia for several years, and it is always a pleasure to teach these inspiring nurse anesthesia residents.
recertCRNA is part of Storm Anesthesia, and the same two CRNAs run both businesses. We love teaching, whether it is nurse anesthesia residents or CRNAs. We are all in a lifelong learning process being in the anesthesia business.
Storm Anesthesia offers a two-day nurse anesthesia review course for any nurse anesthesia school that would like us to come out. We come to the program and teach at their facility. The residents do not need to travel to us, they do not need to spend money on hotel rooms or expensive restaurant food, and they are more comfortable when they are all together in their classroom. At least that is our experience.

What do we teach?

Our two-day program covers some essential topics in anesthesia: autonomic nervous system, cardiac, neuro, physics, pediatrics, obstetrics, respiratory, regional concepts, pharmacology, etc.
We focus heavily on the concepts within the respective areas, and we use our extensive experience in the OR to add context to much of what we teach.
If you would like us to come to your program, give us a call or send us an email here.
